Gold N Tint reserves the right to request part or full payment prior to any order being placed into production.

By supplying text, images and other data to Gold N Tint, the customer declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions.

The ownership of such materials will remain with the customer, or rightful copyright or trademark owner. Customers who provide artwork which has been created by an external source are responsible for ensuring that the images are compatible for CMYK printing and are of acceptable file quality.

No changes will be made to customer-supplied design files and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the file is correct. Any costs incurred to Gold N Tint which have resulted from incorrect customer-supplied files will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Any design work that is carried out by Gold N Tint will remain the property of Gold N Tint and will not be made available for sale or provided to the customer or any other person or entity.
